Chicken

An acquaintance of mine has been eager to bake the whole chicken, which he raised in his garden.
In the morning the whole members caught the best one in the garden, and took it by the throat.
After plucking the feathers off, stuff some vegetables into the stomach.
Bind it, put some laurel leaves and rosemary, salt and pepper. Ready?
Put it in the pre-heated cocking oven on wood.
While waiting for 2 or 3 hours, we chopped woods for the stove.
This chicken grew up in a wild garden so that the taste is very nice.
I heard that it could be possible to eat the comb at the top, but I did not try.
Try to cock something by yourself.
It is so fun!
