Our trial land is in the north of Osaka and among mountains with abundance of trees.
You can see and hear abundance of wild birds. Some woodpeckers, 15cm length with red head and tail, are pecking trees just like a power tool in early morning.
They are about to mate and make nests anyplace.
The throat of our chimney is one of their targets every year.
The loveliest bird is the duck in photo.
His wings turn around with wind.
So he must be busy in typhoon season.
All are our lovely neighbors.
